Eating Breakfast May help reducing weight.

New research indicates that eating breakfast may help you stay slim. Harvard University researchers recently found adults who eat breakfast are nearly 50 percent less likely to be obese compared to people who don't eat breakfast.

The researchers studied about 2,800 people between the ages of 25 and 37 and followed them for eight years. Using self-reports on breakfast eating and monitoring for other risk factors like physical activity, smoking and age, the researchers found that breakfast eaters had lower weight and lower insulin levels.

The study is another good reason to make time for a nutritious breakfast every day. Even if you're pressed for time to get out the door in the morning, you can prepare breakfast the night before or choose easy meal options. Try whole-grain toast with peanut butter and a piece of fruit, dry cereal mixed with low fat yogurt or a hard-cooked egg sliced into a whole-wheat pita.

Dr. Andrew Scott (Director Global Operations) TQS Global Management System says, “We are pleased to introduce our Food Safety diligence auditing system in India. As diligence is used as a very effective tool in the U.K and other European countries, especially for the hospitality sector. Looking into the growing need for effective food auditing and validating system in the Indian market scenario we are very pleased to announce the launch of our FSMS DILIGENCE TOOL. This FOOD SAFETY Diligence tool is a wonderful blend of auditing, food sampling, training and validation screening. This gives you an insight of the present food safety scenario of the establishment.
